ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Paul (PG) Murray a writer/illustrator began commercial life in South Africa with some magazine contributions in the 90’s.
Having run a front page satirical cartoon called Black & White in the national daily, The Cape Times for a while, work opened up in the advertising world, primarily illustration and conceptual graphic design.
Thereafter, a classically styled poem, (The) Raven (with no inspiration from or apologies to Mr Poe) won a runner up prize in the Carpe Articulum Literary Review, an international publication - sadly now defunct.
Paul relocated to SA (South Australia) from SA (South Africa) in April 2014, sharing his life with the most wonderful wife, Karen and a posse of cats eventually ending up in their Slice of Paradise - Wivenhoe in South East Queensland.
PRANA was his second novel, the first, GREY also featuring a cast of angels and demons who form a theme through these and future stories. These yarns, along with The Spiral Strand, make up the series arc - The Lucifer Chronicles.
Home, Haggis And Honeymoon is a bittersweet chronicle of the zany journey that resulted in the Murrays immigrating to Australia - it commemorates, in part, Paul's brother's life. Irreverent, funny, sad and hopefully uplifting.
